How to Order

We are thrilled you are interested in our Wedding Suite Collection!  This stunning collection offers a variety of styles and color palettes to suit your tastes and preferences. Begin by selecting one of our Save the Date cards to set the tone for your wedding event and continue the theme with an invitation suite, day-of elements and finally with customized stationery to thank your guests and carry you into your new married life.

We know this is such a special and exciting time! We want to make your wedding paper experience enjoyable and personal. We will pair you with one of our in-house designers who will guide you through the process. She will offer etiquette tips and, if requested, even help you with your stationery wording. Your unique style, taste, and charm are important to us. While our artists have created the beautiful artwork layouts, we will incorporate your specific event wording for the perfect paper presentation.

The first step is to choose your preferred suite out of the options we offer and then select the individual pieces you need.

Save the Date:  To accommodate your preference, each of our wedding suites includes at least two Save the Date designs, options with photos and ones without.  

Wedding Invitation Set:  The invitation set includes inner and outer envelopes with a printed return address, all included in the price, and the option of an envelope liner at an additional cost.

Reply Card Set:  Each reply card comes with an envelope and recipient address printed on the envelope front.

Details Cards:  We offer options of add-on cards for your event's needs - accommodations, event, website and reception cards.

Day-of Elements:  We offer three program formats for your ceremony. For the reception, we offer a menu design, place cards, escort cards and table numbers. For your out-of-town guests, we have weekend guide cards along with gift tags and stickers.

Stationery: Each suite has a folded and flat personalized notecard option. Carry your invitation crest or artwork design through to the stationery you use to thank your wedding guests.

All items are flat printed on Mohawk Eggshell White paper. Most items are available in our standard single (120 lb) ply or double (240 lb) ply paper.  Folded items are not available in double ply.

We sell our Save the Dates, wedding invitations, reply, details and reception cards in multiples of 25. We have learned that brides typically need more invitations than they initially anticipate and it’s much easier, timely and cost effective to order the extras now rather than later. Plus, you’ll need a few to save and frame!

WEDDING TIMELINE: After ordering your suite, please email the wording for all your items to weddings@dogwood-hill.com. Your assigned designer will communicate with you if she has any questions while preparing your proof. You will receive a proof of your item(s) within five business days. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email notification that your proof is ready within that time frame. You receive two free electronic proofs with your order.  Each additional proof is $25, billed separately, so please make every effort to draft your final wording before sending it to us so as to minimize the number of proofs.  After we receive your final approval, your order will ship within ten business days.

Other available options:

Recipient Address Printing: While your return address will be printed on your invitation envelope flaps at no extra cost to you, we also offer recipient address printing for an additional charge, plus a setup fee. After you purchase the recipient address printing, please download this Excel spreadsheet to use for formatting your list of addresses before emailing it to weddings@dogwood-hill.com. You will receive a proof of each recipient address before they are printed.  Please allow five business days to receive your first proof.  Two proofs are included in the price, with each additional proof billed separately at $25. Please ensure your list is complete the first time you send to us, as any additional addresses are subject to an additional set up fee.

Personal Monogram: We may include a monogram you already own on your wedding items. Please send us the high resolution file before you purchase so we may review and ensure the monogram will work within your chosen suite. A vector EPS file is our preferred file format.

Monogram Download: With the purchase of your wedding suite, you may also purchase a download of your monogram created by Dogwood Hill for $100 to be used on napkins, cups, koozies, gift bags or other items not currently offered directly through Dogwood Hill. You may purchase a monogram without a wedding suite for $250.

Custom Crests:  We are happy to create a custom wedding suite layout for you with artwork or a crest you have purchased outside of Dogwood Hill. Design fees apply for each item created. Please email weddings@dogwood-hill.com for Design Fee pricing for a custom wedding suite.  

Sample Packet: You may order a sample packet for $10 + shipping here. The packet includes a wedding invitation on our standard single ply paper, inner and outer envelopes, envelope liner, reply card and reply card envelope.  A double ply invitation may be included upon request.

Finally, to ensure you are using the correct postage, we recommend taking a fully assembled invitation set to your Post Office to be weighed. Don't forget to stamp your reply cards too!
