Katherine is the owner and creator behind Script Merchant Calligraphy and Design. She holds a degree in Anthropology from Sewanee, the University of the South, and is proudly self-taught in all things calligraphy and design. The Alabama native launched Script Merchant in 2013 as a creative outlet, which has grown into her full-time job and passion. Katherine’s designs have been featured in publications such as Martha Stewart Weddings, Southern Living's Christmas All Through the South, Country Living, Magnolia Rouge, and Belle Lumière. She lives in Birmingham with her fiancé, Josh, their dachshund, Neville Longbottom, rescue mutt, Baloo, and Abbey, the tabby cat. When she's not busy spilling ink and getting lost in stacks of paper, Katherine enjoys drinking sour beers and being the unlikeliest Crossfitter.
